As of August 18, 2025, I am proud to announce that I have moved my legal practice to the law firm of Spector Gadon Rosen & Vinci, P.C. (SGRV Law) and am no longer operating Tese Law LLC as an active law firm. SGRV Law represents business and commercial law clients nationally and internationally, serving entities across multiple industries with a reputation for quality and strength. I look forward to continuing my cyber and technology focused practice at my new firm SGRV Law and contributing to their outstanding legal reputation, while leveraging SGRV Law’s extensive expertise in a broad range of legal practices to better serve my current and future clients.

I originally launched Tese Law, a veteran-owned boutique litigation firm focused on technology, cyber, and criminal law to serve individuals and businesses faced with unique legal issues related to emerging technologies. My mission to provide exceptional legal representation combining thorough legal knowledge with strategic thinking and personalized attention has not, and will not change, in my new role.

My Background

I received my Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 2008 and my Bachelor's degree from Rutgers University in 2002. I am currently licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, Texas, New York, and New Jersey—all active and in good standing.

My professional journey has equipped me with extensive experience across multiple legal domains. Most recently, I co-founded Cyber Law Firm, PLLC, and previously served as a Partner at Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, LLC, where I worked in Commercial Litigation, Contract and Emerging Technologies practice groups. Before that, I was Chief Counsel at Letterkenny Army Depot, leading a team of attorneys and managing legal matters for a half-billion dollar manufacturing complex within the U.S. Army.

My career also includes significant experience as in-house counsel for private companies (Deloitte LLP, Farmers Insurance Company), where I handled complex litigation and ediscovery matters. I proudly served my Country in the active and reserve components of the U.S. Army for nearly 23 years, with 3 overseas deployments, including 7 years as a Military Intelligence (MI) Officer and 13 years as a Judge Advocate (JAG) attorney, retiring as a Major. During my JAG service, I gained valuable experience as both a military prosecutor and defense counsel, handling complex cases under the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) including Attempted Murder, Sexual Assault, Aggravated Assault, Tax Fraud, Theft, Drug and cases involving military specific crimes. As an MI Officer, I had the privilege and honor of leading troops as a Company Commander and participating in various critical operations for my Country. This unique combination of intelligence background and diverse legal military service provides me with exceptional investigative insight and strategic thinking that I bring to every case.

Professional & Community Involvement

I currently serve as a Board Member and Secretary for Prevention Links, a New Jersey non-profit managing grants exceeding $10M across the state, operating Family Resource Centers, Recovery Centers, and a Recovery High School. I am a Member of, and serve as the Secretary / Treasurer of the Government Contracts Section of, the Federal Bar Association. I am a Member of the Chester and Delaware County Bar Associations and a Lifetime Member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
